Personal Experience & Biography
I understand how intimidating it can be to begin therapy. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to process your concerns. We will focus on your individual goals to develop a successful working relationship and to determine the best approaches to fit your needs.
Throughout my career, I have worked with adults with substance use disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem concerns, trauma, grief, stress, and life changes. I utilize a variety of therapy techniques that are individual to each person. Together, we will identify your individual treatment goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals.
I utilize practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths based, person centered therapy, mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing (MI), brainspotting, and grief informed care.
