Personal Experience & Biography

I offer a safe space for those seeking support and coping strategies for navigating stress, trauma, major life transitions, relationship issues, career challenges, and grief/loss. I work with adults, adolescents, & transitional-age youth (16-25). I also provide a supportive, affirming space for clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and those living with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I especially enjoy working with artists, performers, creatives, and athletes with issues such as work-life balance, occupational wellbeing, self-esteem, performance anxiety, motivation, and creative health.

I provide holistic, humanistic, client-centered therapy to support and empower clients from all walks of life. I draw upon your individual strengths so that your goals feel attainable and aligned with your unique values, needs, and identity, with the understanding that these may evolve, develop, or even persist throughout one’s life and healing journey.

Together, we’ll explore how your emotions, experiences, purpose, and passions (+ your relationship with yourself and others) can influence and guide your healing journey. My role is to understand your needs and provide you with tools that can empower, inspire, and support you in moments of struggle, loss, & confusion. Let’s connect and discover new growth.
