I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work and Family Science.  My mission is to guide and support you in making the changes that feel right for you, empowering you to live the life you truly want.  I’m passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, mental health challenges, and those involved in the criminal justice system.  Outside of work, I enjoy winding down with peaceful walks and spending time with my beloved Yorkshire Terrier.
